PRIVACY GUARANTEE

COLLECTION OF NAVIGATION TECHNICAL DATA

When you visit this website, general data are collected automatically (ie not by registration), which are not treated as personal data. The above third parties may adopt different codes of conduct for privacy, in any case, Raccortubi intends to ensure that such third parties provide the same level of protection as Raccortubi itself and, if necessary, will contractually request to process the data transferred to them, only for the purposes expressly authorized. • right to obtain processing limitation (Art.18 “Right to limitation”)
• right to receive data concerning him in a structured format (Art.20 “Right to portability)
• right to oppose processing and automated decision-making processes, including profiling (Art.21, 22); no treatments involving automated decision-making processes are carried out;
• right to revoke a previously granted consent;
• right to present, in case of non-response, a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data collected online, Raccortubi will use data systems protected, inter alia, by appropriate firewalls and passwords, in compliance with the provisions of article 32 of the GDPR. Access to personal data is permitted only to authorized employees who have an effective need to use such data and who have been instructed to process such data in a suitable manner, in compliance with the principles of security and confidentiality.
